The weather may have been against us for our August café but the people weren’t!

We were delighted to have so many customers (including quite a few newcomers) that we had to bring in extra tables and chairs. Proceeds amounting to £443 were donated to Community Transport South Wiltshire.

Our 7 September Café is the last café of the season, so make sure you don’t miss out. Come along and join us for one of our famous cream teas, savoury alternative, or delicious homemade cakes.

There will also be plenty of bargains on our popular seasonal garden & kitchen produce stall, and our pre-loved book stall.

We are open from 2.30pm until 4.30pm in the Reading Room,  Stratford Road, Stratford sub Castle SP1 3LL (opposite St Lawrence Church).

(Cash payments only please.)

We do not require any further donations of books, however, we would welcome your contributions of produce items. Contact Judy Villiers 01722 500173 to arrange, or bring items along on the day at the start of the café.

Proceeds from our September café will be donated to 23rd Salisbury Scout Group (incl Beavers, Cubs, and Explorers), who are celebrating their 80th year anniversary this year.

We all look forward to seeing you soon.
