Stratford sub Castle Garden Club

The Garden Club meets in the Reading Room SP1 3LL at 7.15pm for 7.30 pm start on the last Thursday of the month – September to November and January to June.
The Club is open to everyone with an interest in gardens, plants and gardening and is especially useful if you are a new gardener or have just moved into the area.
We have a good programme of speakers and visits throughout the year and new members and visitors are most welcome. Annual membership is £12 and a charge of £3 per meeting is made for visitors. Meetings are relaxed and friendly with tea/coffee and biscuits following the speaker. In Spring and Autumn, members bring in plants to sell from their own gardens.
Enquiries - Chairman - Barry Goldsmith Tel: 01722 332169

Our programme for 2016 – 17 was a special one to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the formation of the Society. Amongst the special events was the speaker for October, Val Bourne, who writes for the Gardening pages of the Daily Telegraph.
