Our April meeting is on Thursday 24th April at 7.15pm for 7.30 in the Reading Room, Stratford Road, SP1 3LL, when the speaker will be Gillian Taylor her subject is:

“More colour, less work – fact or fiction?”

Gillian is an enthusiastic plantswoman and gardener. Mainly learning from personal experience, she also attended courses at RHS Wisley, West Dean and Great Dixter. She has developed a garden in France from a field and in Hampshire has a wooded garden, both of which are managed sympathetically for wild life.

Her Plantswoman business offers pruning services and advice on plant care and selection. Gillian is a member of Plant Heritage, Hardy Plant Society, etc. She also volunteers for the horticultural charity, Perennial.

We hope that you will join us for this meeting – all are most welcome. The Annual subscription is £18.00 per year, and visitors £4.00 per meeting. More details about the Stratford Garden Club are here: https://www.stratfordsubcastle.org.uk/garden-club
