You've put out your bins on the correct collection date and unfortunately the contractors have accidentally failed to empty it.
What can you do?
Leave the bin outside at the kerbside and report it on this Wiltshire Council webpage:
That happened at our house today. It was reported as above and a message from Wiltshire Council advised:
It has now been emptied.
