The latest information from the Environment Agency:

Groundwater flooding in the Salisbury Plain Flood alert area - Removed

4:22 pm on 11 April 2025

"The groundwater situation is improving and no further flooding is expected in this area.

Groundwater levels across the Salisbury Plain have now started to recede. Some minor roads may still have flood water across them, however the risk to motorists and property is now reduced. The forecast is for a continued settled spell of weather.

Continue to take care on roads as road surfaces may have been damaged. Do not attempt to drive through floodwater, as bow waves may affect adjacent properties."
