Wiltshire Wildlife Trust requests dogs kept on leads in nature reserves

The Wiltshire Wildlife Trust has appealed to dog owners to keep their pets on leads when walking through the Trust's local nature reserves.

This follows several instances of sheep grazing in the Trust's reserves being 'worried' by dogs. Ground nesting birds are also likely to be disturbed at this time of the year.

Our local reserve, The Devenish, welcomes visitors and appreciates their co-operation.
