Undaunted by the necessity to hold this year's Guild December meeting via Zoom, members were introduced to a variant of the normal 'Twelve Days of Christmas' - composed and conducted (?!) by Jane Court. This performance concluded the meeting during which David Balston, Richard Death, Barbara Mayall, Heather Platt, and Jim Platt, had individually presented short talks, stories and photographs with a seasonal theme and Carrie Walsh had read a very moving piece entitled 'Hope'.
At the next Guild (Zoom) meeting on Wednesday 13 January, the speaker will be Terry Ereira
whose subject is 'Salisbury Cathedral's Chapter House - a Covid-19 Viewpoint'. Members will be sent a link to join the meeting.
