Our new season of Cafés begins next month with the first café on Sunday 4 May. Cafés will take place on the first Sunday of the month from May to September, with the proceeds being donated to a different local charity each month.
At our May café we will be commemorating the 80th Anniversary of VE Day.

Located in the Reading Room, SP1 3LL (opposite St Lawrence Church), there is ample free parking, plus disability access and facilities. We have seating indoors as well as outdoors in our garden area, weather permitting.
Sunday Opening Times are 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
As well as our ever-popular homemade cakes, we will have homemade scones with jam & clotted cream, and homemade savoury cheese scones with cheese and chutney, all at very reasonable prices. So why not come along and treat the family!
We will also have our garden/kitchen produce and pre-loved books tables.
(Cash Payments only please.)
We would appreciate your donations of good condition fiction paperbacks (only) or garden/ kitchen produce, to boost our supplies. Please liaise with contacts listed below, or bring items along on the day at the start of the café.
To ensure you don’t miss out, please make a note of the following café dates and our chosen charities:
