An illustrated talk by Henry Gray

'How Stonemasonry Helped Save My Life

A dark, wet February evening was illuminated by a superb talk by Henry Gray on his stonemasonry career and how it transformed his whole life. Afterwards, audience members were able to handle tools and attempt to work stone pieces - under careful supervision!

Two events planned for 2020 unfortunately had to be cancelled due to Covid-19.

A much anticipated return of 'The Navy Larks' had been planned for a summer's evening in early June 2020

and in the autumn it had been planned to hear an update from the archaeologists
Dr Alex Langlands and Dr Kris Strutt on the work on the Old Sarum Landscapes Project.

(Neither the OSLP geophys nor the usual Summer Field School took place in 2020.)
