I will be leading a walk on Saturday 21 April around this Wiltshire Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve at Little Durnford, starting at 2.00 pm.

As spring gets going, the wild flowers in this lovely reserve should be beginning their display. They will support the magnificent profusion of butterflies and beetles as the year develops. This guided walk should help first-time and regular visitors alike, appreciate the site and want to return for regular walks and relaxation.

The walk will involve climbing more than 80 steps up a rather steep slope, so is not suitable for people unable to manage this climb (see image left). Children and dogs on leads are welcome. The walk should take about 90 mins, but attendees on a deadline are free to leave early at any time.

There is no charge, but I would be grateful if you would let me know if you are planning to attend, so I can prepare properly, and also contact you in the unlikely event that I have to cancel the walk at short notice.
