SsC - Summer Sunday Cafés

Organisation Description:

The popular summer cafés take place once a month in the Reading Room (opposite St Lawrence Church) where there is plenty of free parking available. Sunday Opening Times are 2.30pm to 5pm.

All the proceeds are donated to a local charity, details of which are publicised before each event.

We make good use of the side garden (weather permitting) for our tables and chairs, so that you can enjoy our delicious cream teas, cakes and drinks outside. A book stall and produce stall are held inside the Reading Room.

Local History

The Stratford sub Castle area has been lived in more or less continuously (with the possible exception of part of the Saxon period) since at least the Bronze Age.
