We are an informal, mixed group
of people who get together on the second Wednesday of the
month in the Reading Room at 7.30 p.m. for a programme of
talks and events followed by refreshments. We are non sectarian,
non party political and our aim is to be informative, entertaining
and to promote a sense of community spirit.
Recent evenings have included:- talks on Wiltshire Wildlife
Hospital, Nude but not Rude (secrets of a life model), India
and our Christmas Party. We also have a Summer party and both
are enjoyable social occasions.
The next meeting is on Jan 11th and features a talk about
Alabare's work with the homeless.
