An
introduction
Old
Sarum is the historical jewel in the crown of our parish.
There are many topics associated with it and we will be adding
more details over the coming months. See the links below for
the current topics.
We are privileged to be able to present some paintings by Peter
Dunn, an English Heritage artist, showing Old Sarum at various times
throughout its history
The clearance of the woodland on the slopes of Old Sarum has allowed
the reintroduction of sheep. Their grazing has, in turn, led to
a re-colonisation of the rings by some chalk grassland flowers.
